Yes! The materials are safe and will not harm your beloved companions. 

My cat seems a little bit scared. Is that normal?

Yes! Most cats aren't used to interactive toys, so they can take up to a few hours to open up to them. They are curious animals by nature, so make sure to give them some space and let them understand the toy is not a threat. (We have seen lots of cats play almost instantly).

Will my cat get bored of this?

Probably not! Our interactive toys are designed with elements to keep your cat guessing. As always, make sure to cycle out toys during different play sessions to keep it fresh.

Keeps them busy.

I am pleased with the busy butterfly and so are my cats. We had another one like this before, but it didn't have the rubber pads on the bottom so it got pushed around the apartment. Not completely silent but quiet enough. You will want to buy the extra butterflies; they don't last long.

Great for bored, active kitty

I have a clever cat who is easily bored and gets destructive if no one (cat or person) will entertain him. This toy is perfect for him. He loves it and has already nearly destroyed the first butterfly attachment within several weeks. Sometimes he runs and pounces on it, other times he lies on his side and bats at it as the butterfly comes past him. Either way, it seems to be a hit and keeps him from pestering me when I am working at home!
